Maze Real Estate was appointed by Justin Homes to dispose of this landmark scheme in Purley, South London.
Our role included optimisation of the proposed scheme for affordable housing, along with the procurement of a comprehensive land and construction “package” solution to maximise value.
A disposal was subsequently secured to Optivo (now Southern Housing) in late 2022.
