WHO WE ARE
Charles Holland is Managing Director and founder of Maze Real Estate.
His experience in property spans 3 decades, advising private and public sector clients, both domestic and overseas, on disposals and acquisitions across London and the South East.
Before founding Maze Real Estate, Charles created and led development businesses at both Avison Young and Marsh & Parsons. Prior to this he worked in and ultimately headed the London Residential Land business at JLL. Recent notable transactions include: 1 Vinyl Square, Hayes on behalf of Network Homes; 180 Ilderton Road, South Bermondsey for 2020 Capital; Grove Crescent Road, Stratford for Watkin Jones; and Thames Road, Silvertown on behalf of Aitch Group.
Charles is a Member of the RICS.
Sam Aldridge works alongside Charles as an associate.
Sam began his property career in January 2017 working as a graduate surveyor in Land & New Homes. He joined Maze Real Estate in February 2019. He plays a central role in managing transactions at Maze Real Estate, both disposals and acquisitions, whilst also being charged with sourcing new business opportunities.
Sam has been involved in a variety of property transactions covering a range of sectors, from affordable housing to industrial. Notable recent transactions include: London Road for Network Homes; East Place, West Norwood for 2020 Capital; and Norwood Road, Tulse Hill for Optivo (now Southern Housing).
